KT earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of South Alabama in 2007 and went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from ETSU in 2010.
KT enjoys assisting in the community sporting events in her extra time as well as spending quality time with her husband, daughter and son. She is active with the Kingsport IAFF Women’s Auxiliary Group, and her husband is a Kingsport Firefighter. They attend church at St. Mary’s in Johnson City.
Throughout college and physical therapy school, KT was a group fitness instructor and certified Zumba instructor. She has been an active member of the fitness community in the Tri-Cities area, teaching fitness classes and performing functional performance screenings at local gyms. Since earning her degree, she has continued her education with extensive training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and working towards a certification of the McKenzie Method, Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment. She has extensive manual therapy training and experience with patients of all ages.
